When working with children, I use play and art therapy as primary therapeutic tools. These approaches help them express what is difficult to put into words, better understand their emotions and behaviors, and develop new strategies within a safe and supportive environment. I use various methods, such as drawing, games that promote cognitive skills, and role-playing activities focused on social abilities, to strengthen their coping skills and self-esteem.
